Crystal & Case Service
Crystal replacement combined with gentle case refinishing. We fit a suitable crystal, lift everyday marks while preserving original lines, and protect the dial and movement throughout. Costs confirmed beforehand; we refinish only as far as you wish.

Full Restoration for Collectible Watches

Before any work begins you receive a clear, written account of the watch's condition and a plain explanation of what each service involves. There is no obligation to proceed.
Each Piece Worked Individually
Watches are not processed in batches. Each one is considered on its own terms — its age, its history, and your intentions for it — before a single tool is lifted.
Period-Correct Parts Where Possible
For collectible and older pieces we take time to source components that suit the watch's era rather than fitting modern equivalents that alter its character.
Open Communication Throughout
You are welcome to ask questions at any point. If something unexpected is found during the work we will contact you to discuss options before continuing.
Service Warranty on All Work
All completed service work carries a warranty covering the regulated functions. If the watch does not perform as expected within the warranty period, we address it at no additional charge.
Unhurried Pacing
Fine work cannot be rushed. Timelines are realistic, set at the start, and kept to. If anything changes you will know before the revised date arrives.

Things People Often Ask
How do I know which service my watch needs?
You do not need to decide before contacting us. Bring the watch in, or send us clear photographs and a description of any concerns. We will assess it and suggest the most appropriate service — or let you know if it simply needs no work at present.
How long does a service typically take?
An Essential Watch Service generally takes two to three weeks. Crystal & Case work is similar in duration. A Full Restoration for a collectible piece may take considerably longer depending on part availability and the scope of work — we will outline a realistic timeframe when we assess the watch.
Are the prices listed the final cost?
The listed prices are the starting points for each service. If anything additional is discovered once the watch is opened — for example, a worn component that requires replacement — we will contact you to discuss options and costs before proceeding. We do not carry out work beyond the agreed scope without your knowledge.
Is my watch safe while it is with you?
Every watch left in our care is logged, stored securely, and handled only by the technician assigned to it. We treat each piece as though it were our own — with particular care given to older or sentimental watches where condition cannot be reversed.
Do you work on all watch brands and types?
We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic watches. If you have a quartz piece, a vintage watch, or something unusual, please describe it when you enquire — we will let you know honestly whether it falls within what we can help with.
What does the service warranty cover?
The warranty covers the regulated functions of the movement — timekeeping accuracy and smooth winding and setting — for a period following completion of work. Physical damage or water ingress sustained after collection falls outside the warranty scope. Full terms are provided with your completed service receipt.
Can I visit your workshop to drop off a watch?
Yes. We are located at 63 Sukhumvit Road, Mueang, Rayong. Workshop hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. We recommend calling ahead if you are travelling from a distance, so we can ensure a technician is available to discuss your watch with you in person.
